We first heard about Ma Pies from Culinary Coworking - a shared kitchen and coworking space for culinary entrepreneurs in Calgary And had to try them!
They delivered a 9” Family Pie, the popular Chicken Mornay! It is like the classic chicken pot pie but with a French twist. Filled with chicken breasts and vegetables, it is mixed with house-made Mornay; which is a French style milk-based sauce with provolone cheese, giving a richer and creamier texture.
It was a delicious pie full of flavor and large pieces of chicken. Our daughter loved dipping the flaky buttery pie crust inside the sauce! It has approximately 8 slices and is a great dinner option that will definitely fill your family’s stomach.
Ingredients:
Flour, Butter, Sugar, Salt, Chicken Breast, Peas, Carrots, Milk, Provolone Cheese, Black Pepper, Nutmeg

Our favourites were the Chili and Chicken Mornay and we loved the smooth Vanilla Custard and Apple pies
